Rooms and Rates

Suite Aimee

The suite starts with a large air-conditioned bed chamber with walk-in closet. There is a queen bed, and a single bed. An antique crib is situated in the alcove between the bed chamber and sitting room. Off the sitting room are a shower room and a new tub room with an antique clawfoot tub.


Both the bedroom and sitting room have fireplaces.

Rate: $150.00 per night, double occupancy.

Polly's Room

Polly's room is upstairs across from the suite. Plenty of comfort with a queen bed, and it has a private bath, air-conditioner, and fireplace.


Being on the southwest corner of the house affords an excellent view of sunsets.

Rate: $125.00 per night, double occupancy.

Caroline's Room

Caroline's Room is on the ground floor. This room has both a queen bed and a three-quarter bed. Comes with its own fireplace for those romantic moments.


Caroline's Room is air-conditioned, and also has a private bath.

Rate: $125.00 per night, double occupancy.

Common to all rooms:

  • Rollaway beds are available for extra persons
  • Rate for extra persons is $25.00 per person per night
  • Payment may be by cash, personal check, travelers check or credit card. Cards accepted include VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express.
  • Reservations may be guaranteed by credit card or cash/check deposit within 10 days of making the reservation.
  • Check-in time: 4:00-6:00 p.m. (or by special arrangement)
  • Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house
  • Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m.
  • Children are welcome.
  • Ask about our pets policy (Canine guests are billed at $20.00 per dog per night.) Dogs may not be left unattended in the room.
  • Guests are responsible for breakage

Cancellation policy: When a guest reserves a room at Elias Child House, we agree to turn away all other requests for the room(s) you select and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you stay. Because of our size and location, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made lass than 14 days prior to the arrival date, or if you are a "no show," you will be responsible for the entire amount of the reservation, unless we can sell the room(s) in the interim. There is a $25.00 administration fee for all cancellations. There are no refunds for delayed arrivals or early departures.
